Cancellation Policy for Sam’s NutriHub

  1. Appointment Cancellations:
  • Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation Fee: A fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. This fee helps cover the time reserved by our staff and any preparation done in advance.
  • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session cost.
  1. Program Cancellations:
  • Notice Required: Clients enrolled in any multi-session programs must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the start of the program to cancel or reschedule.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Full Refund: Clients who cancel their program at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Clients who cancel less than 7 days before the program start date but before the first session will receive a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.
  1. Subscription Cancellations:
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Clients on a monthly subscription can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for cancellations made mid-cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Clients on an annual subscription can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds will be given for the remaining months of the subscription.

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
